I offer tailored mindfulness, yoga sessions, and workshops that support mental well-being and stress recovery in the workplace. My approach combines scientific insight with practical, embodied tools. With a background in medical science, I’ve provided sessions for several pharmaceutical and life science companies.

All sessions are available in English or Swedish and can be held on-site or online.

Mindfulness Sessions
Short guided sessions designed to bring calm, clarity, and grounding during the workday. Popular as weekly practices or stand-alone pauses during meetings, team days, or well-being weeks.

Yoga for the workplace
Accessible and energizing yoga adapted for your team's needs, time, and space. These sessions are designed to relieve tension, improve energy flow, and promote presence.

With a Master’s degree in Medical Science and years of experience supporting pharmaceutical companies, I bridge science and mindfulness in a grounded, relatable way. I'm also a certified mindfulness coach and yoga teacher, and currently training as a psychotherapist in psychosynthesis and integrative psychotherapy.
