I offer tailored mindfulness, yoga sessions, and workshops that support mental well-being and stress recovery in the workplace. My approach combines scientific insight with practical, embodied tools. With a background in medical science, I’ve provided sessions for several pharmaceutical and life science companies.

All sessions are available in English or Swedish and can be held on-site or online.

Meditation Hand Gesture

Mindfulness Sessions

Short guided sessions designed to bring calm, clarity, and grounding during the workday. Popular as weekly practices or stand-alone pauses during meetings, team days, or well-being weeks.

Session types include:

  • 15–30 minute guided mindfulness or breathwork sessions

  • Themed sessions: self-compassion, visualization, body-based awareness, journaling

  • Designed to support nervous system regulation, focus, and emotional resilience​

Yoga at Home

Yoga for the workplace

Accessible and energizing yoga adapted for your team's needs, time, and space. These sessions are designed to relieve tension, improve energy flow, and promote presence.

Options include:

  • 30, 45, or 60-minute classes (morning, lunch, or after work)

  • Styles: Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative/Yin, Power Yoga

  • Suitable for beginners and mixed levels

  • Can be tailored to office attire, meeting rooms, or yoga mats

Meditation Group

Talks & Interactive Workshops

I facilitate engaging and inspiring workshops for teams and leaders – ranging from short talks to half-day immersive sessions.

Topics include:

  • Everyday mindfulness at work

  • Empathic boundaries & energy management

  • Stress recovery & nervous system regulation

  • Self-compassion in demanding roles

  • Preventing burnout & supporting team well-being

 

These workshops combine evidence-based input with experiential practices, creating a safe and reflective space for meaningful change.

With a Master’s degree in Medical Science and years of experience supporting pharmaceutical companies, I bridge science and mindfulness in a grounded, relatable way. I'm also a certified mindfulness coach and yoga teacher, and currently training as a psychotherapist in psychosynthesis and integrative psychotherapy.
