Fall is the greatest time to go inward and come back to that self-care and connection with ourselves that sometimes fall a bit behind during the active months of summer.

 

As I have started traveling to Stockholm more due to the therapy program, I am not able to hold regular classes in-person anywhere and have therefore decided to continue offering regular classes online instead. I love to continue meeting and creating a Remindful community where we support each other in our personal growth. 

 

I will be offering online classes starting October, focusing on recharge, connection and self-compassion. You are welcome to book the classes already now

Practice self-compassion

The classes can be booked for drop-in price, and you can also get a membership for an affordable price with unlimited access to the classes and special events. You will also gain practical tools for every day practices, as some of the meditations will involve suggestions for further journaling or reflection.

About Me

Hi there!

My name is Laura and I am a Yoga teacher, Mindfulness Coach, Energy Healer based on Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and am studying to become a therapist within psychosynthesis and integrative psychotherapy. I hold a Master's degree in Medical Science and love to create a wonderful combination between science and spirituality in my intuitive work.
